Go to the offer calculatorFrequently asked questions
What does owners’ association management cost with you?
The fee depends only on the number of units: the larger the association, the lower the price per unit. Request your personal offer in the offer calculator; from 61 units we prepare an individual offer.
When do we receive the annual statement?
In the first quarter of the following year, as soon as all statements from third-party providers are in, for example the heating cost statement. That way the association can approve the statement early in the year.
How can we reach you, also outside office hours?
You have one fixed contact who knows your property. That is a person, not an AI, and you can reach them outside office hours too. For real emergencies such as a burst pipe, our emergency service is available outside phone hours.
Who carries out repairs and maintenance?
We work with a trusted pool of craftspeople and specialist firms for every trade, whom we have known for years. Small jobs are placed quickly. For larger works we obtain comparative quotes and the association decides by resolution.
How does switching from the current manager work?
The association appoints us by resolution. We then request the records from the current manager, set up the accounts in the association’s name and take over the running bookkeeping. We tell you what happens when.
For how long are we appointed as manager?
The law allows an appointment for at most five years, and for at most three years for the first appointment after the condominium is created (§ 26 WEG). The association can dismiss the manager at any time; the management contract then ends no later than six months afterwards.
Do you manage small owners’ associations as well?
Yes. We look after large complexes as well as small associations with only a few units. Small associations in particular value getting the same scope of service and a fixed contact.
Do we have to come to the office for the voucher audit?
No. The audit can be done online. Anyone who prefers paper is of course welcome to audit on site.
Are you insured?
Yes, through professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
